ICTC. Outreach Leadership Team!
The ICTC. Middle School Outreach Leadership Team is a group of 21 outstanding incoming eighth graders, representing ten middle schools across the Magic Valley and beyond. Selected through an application and interview process, these student leaders were chosen to serve their schools and communities through the core values of C.A.R.E.-Character, Authenticity, Resilience, and Encouragement.
At their very first team retreat this summer, these remarkable students didn’t just show up, they helped plan and shape the entire 2026–27 outreach calendar themselves. They are already thinking ahead, not just for themselves, but for their schools, their communities, and their generation. Throughout the school year, this team will help lead It’s Cool To CARE.’s monthly outreach events, creating spaces where every middle schooler feels seen, valued, and CARED for. The best is ahead… TOGETHER!

It's Cool To CARE. because even when you're having a bad day or struggling at home, this program can help you so much. When you're having a bad day, you can still show up and be kind, and maybe turn someone's whole day around by helping them feel special.
