The ICTC. Mission:
Our mission is to show that caring is cool. We educate and inspire others to understand the power of compassion. By being real and open, we break down barriers and make a positive impact in our communities.
We are committed to giving back to our communities. We promote a set of values which include Character, Authenticity, Resilience, and Encouragement. When embraced, these values can help anyone build success in whatever they choose to do in life.
Our Core Values:
- Character: Prioritize not only your present self but also the person you aspire to be.
- Authenticity: Be you. Be honest, be genuine, be true to yourself however that may look for you.
- Resilience: Work hard to achieve your goals. Thrive through adversity, bounce back from setbacks. Grow through what you go through.
- Encouragement: Elevate yourself and others to new heights. Build the belief in your own potential and that of others.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME HERE!
ICTC encourages students to be kind and CARING to one another, and teaches them how to make an impact in their schools, teams, and classrooms. We remind them that they are loved, seen, and cared for. ICTC wants to be personal with your specific school. We would be happy to meet in classrooms or assembly style to share the ICTC message.

We LOVE to help and volunteer at community events. If you would like us to help at your event, please email itscooltocare1@gmail.com to coordinate.
We have many ICTC. Collegiate athletes competing in many different areas that are passionate about using their platform for good, and creating impact.
At the same time, It’s Cool To CARE. is built on the belief that leadership comes in many forms. While some of our leaders are athletes, not all of them are, and there is beauty in diversity! Each person brings unique gifts, and perspectives to our unified mission.
Whether through sports, academics, creativity, or everyday acts of kindness, there is a place for everyone to lead and make a difference at It’s Cool To CARE.
